Registered 17 years agoI'm more curious as to what it means for the websites. Presumably this is all done via some agency or other viewing the site and deciding that it contains porn. How are they deciding the classic question of "what is pornography"? What about mistakes? Is there going to be a legal recourse for lost trade, for example?
What happens about sites that serve ads or content from other sites? If an ad is porn, will they flag the originating site or the site they happen to have in the address bar?
