I got the xbox 360 version of NFS:HP and noticed some kinda blur filter, its definitely not motion blur because when the cars stay still, theres still that soft, blurry looking image. If you take a look at these screenshots you may be able to see what im talking about, Look at the car sharpness and especially the trees.
