The part the really annoys me is the owner always believes that they and the dog are blameless, you can even see hints of it in this thread. You must have been doing something...

With that toddler playing in their garden like that, what else could my dog do but go out of control and tear the kid's face off? Kid should have known better! Should have stayed indoors hiding under their bed. I blame the parents! These people just don't know dogs...

This is the problem, I think. The majority of dog owners know their dogs well and know their dogs will do fuck all, so they dont really worry about it.

Like the second lady. She will have known her dog wouldnt actually do anything so in her head its no big deal.

I hate dogs, so it pisses me off too.

Does Dog's Law apply to people who own sturgeons?

It's always the owner's fault if the dog does something wrong. If my dog misbehaves, I'm perfectly happy to accept responsibility.

I wish some parents of horrible little stinking children took the same attitude.

Another problem is that the only people nowadays who have time to look after dogs properly are dolers.

Theodore? Attach rockets to their backsides and explore the galaxy?

They're going to have to bring in a dog license. I love dogs, proper biblical like, but at least 4 out of the 5 i pass are babyeating monsters wielded by chavs not heavy enough to control them. Darkmongo would have a better chance of controlling a raging bull covered in tits.

Yeah, if a dog came at you like that Lukus, in my opinion you'd be in the right to give it a good kicking.

My experience with dogs and other people goes like this:

Guest/client comes round to house. At lunch time they give the dog some of their food by hand after asking if it was ok, I reply "It's fine so long as you realise that she'll beg whenever you have food from now on". Next meal the dog sits directly in front of the person waiting to be fed again and the person asks me to put her away somewhere as it's annoying.

I'm hoping one day that my dog will produce some white shit as I haven't seen it for years. Might have to mix some chalk in with her food to make it happen.

Only a well trained dog would take a kicking and then only from their owner, a stranger will just have their face eaten. Unless it's a festive dog.

Apparently the deficit in white dogshit is due to people not giving their dogs bones to gnaw on anymore.

I like to think I could deck a dog if it came down to it. I wouldn't enjoy it.

Given that 99% of people are fucking idiots, if only 90% of dog owners are fucking idiots then statistically speaking they're doing a lot better than most.

My dog gnaws on a bone all the time, but she has yet to produce white shit. You need to check your sources.

Fuck dogs, and cats, and all pet owners. Animals in the fucking house? You're all cunts living in smelly houses with shit and hair all over them.

    Wow!

My neighbours have 3 dogs and 1 cat, the dogs never get walked and they never ventilate their house (unless you count letting the dogs out into the back garden as ventilation). For this reason i can't leave my windows at the back of the house open until night as the smell is vomit inducing when they open their back door..

I know loads of people with pets and the majority of their houses are kept in top condition, its people that live in horrible conditions like that i just can't understand.

I dont make eye contact with dogs and they dont bother me, something about eye contact makes them excited ive noticed.

    Plusone to this.

Someone in my local area has obviously just got a dog (or more likely, some fucking 'tard has decided to get off his ass and start walking his dog) but thinks picking up his dog's shit is beneath him, and thus we have a 10 minute walk around our housing block covered i n dog shit. Including outside our house 3times this year so far.

When I catch the cunt in the act, i'll be doing something quite horrible to him, or follow him home and epithet report him to the council (they fine assholes like this) or will be anonymously posting some of his dog's shit in his house and wiping it on his door etc etc.

Probably because if a dog owner is thoughtful enough to make their dog shit in the gutter then they are thoughtful enough to pick up the shit afterwards too.
