Registered 17 years agoWe have a lot of problems with dog owners around us as well... Personally I think that owners should be made responsible under law for the actions of their dogs. If it attacks someone the owners should be held accountable i.e. criminal neglegence/GBH etc, should apply under these circumstances.
There should be much harsher fining for those idiots that let their dogs sh!t all over the place. They brought the dog so they should clean up after it as it clearly can't do it itself.
Problems are with the idiotic owners and not the dogs. Unfortunately the government seems to pussy foot around the whole thing. If you own a dog and are responsible you have nothing to worry about so not sure why they don't just crack down on all these chavs that own dogs. -

We want to get our daughter a rabbit but on a street with about 30 houses, there are at least 15 of the cunts stalking around so the poor thing would be harassed to death. -
