He's just creating a new non job for himself. What's a shame is that it will probably work and he'll probably do quite well out of it. Parasite.

BoJo acting more and more like a man who believes his best shot at No10 is to engineer a war and Churchill his way into the job with a few stirring speeches

It's my current theory that Theresa May's plan all along has been to avoid Brexit by putting DD, BoJo and Fox in senior jobs knowing they will make an absolute pigs-arse of it, thus leading to such a bad deal with the EU that parliament won't support it and the public will (just about) prefer the status-quo to what is on offer.

By offering up no vision, plan, or anything resembling statesmanship etc she can continue to sound strong (to her party) through meaningless statements but meanwhile U-turn on everything behind closed doors.

No chance Theresa May is that Savvy. She is hiding under the desk with her fingers in her ears pretending that everything is fine whilst looking for houses in the south of France in her £1000.00 trousers.

Theresa just wants to cling on until the next parliament when she can walk away and blame everything in her memoirs on the Brexiteers and labour.

I cannot see any political path that ends with Britain staying in the EU short of a Russian invasion or severe economic collapse.

She put them in cabinet positions to stop them weasling away until they get the PM job, they can stab her in the back from the backbenches but s traitorous platform from Cabinet makes it hard for them to mount any leadership bid

You know what I hate about PMQs? Listening to backbenchers going "ah! ah!", as if they've discovered some sort of mythical revelation. Fuck off you condescending pricks.

Donald Tusk giving a press conference. Basically saying we are either in or out the UK cannot pick and choose.

We cannot have Norway access with Canadian obligations. It would damage the integrity of the single market.

I hate everything about PMQs. It encapsulates the shitty state of politics and politicians in this country.

PMQs is an absolute embarrassment. It's like a common room at college with both parties cracking shit jokes, constantly trying to one-up each other and blaming everything on past governments. It's fucking pointless and a big part of why people hate politicians.

Donald Tusk is scathing of Theresa May saying she seems to be willing to sacrifice everything to appear to make Brexit a political success.

    The UK's position is incoherent.

I can picture IDS in his pyjamas at home watching Tusk speak and he’s saying “but yesterday I explained that cake is meant to be eaten and cherries are there to be picked, wasn’t anybody listening?”

The hypocrisy of the UK government denying Alfie Dingley access to medicinal cannabis.
'UN report reveals UK is world’s biggest producer of medical cannabis whilst the UK Government is denying that cannabis has medical uses, but at the same time licensing production of the world's biggest government licensed medical cannabis production and export market.
Medical cannabis products licensed in other countries remain illegal in the UK, even when prescribed by a doctor who has determined they are needed by a UK patient.'
Victoria Atkins MP, The UK Drugs Minister, Opposes Drugs Regulation While Her husband is managing director of British Sugar; grows 45 Acres of cannabis for GW Pharmaceuticals.

@breakablepants That we are! Imagine if Diane Abbott was the drug minister and her husbands company was farming 45 acres of cannabis for GW pharma instead of Victoria Atkins'. It would be a media frenzy for days. Double level of shitness is the fact they deny seriously ill people medication which is proven to work in so many countries over many years, whilst growing & exporting it & saying it doesn't work!

Anyway, rant complete! Back to brexit.
