    The Bureau season 5

Just stunningly good. Definitely the best spy show I've seen and probably better than any spy film I've seen. Also possibly the most consistently great show I've seen that's run for more than a few seasons.

    10/10

    Time

New mini series on iPlayer. The two leads are generally worth watching and this proved to be the case again. It's a fairly decent depiction of prison life, although does gloss over certain aspects. The story is engaging, with a sense of inevitability. Everyone does well with their roles and it doesn't outstay its welcome.

    8/10

    Breaking Bad Season 4 9/10

2nd watch-through of BB. Loving it as much now as I did first watch. Just long enough ago that we've forgotten most of the episodes so it's almost like new.

I forgot how useless WW was for a fair part of S4 to just come through at the last minute. Still ok to root for him but that will change very soon iirc.

Roll on S5! And then the film! And then Better Call Saul!

    Lols

Malcolm in the Middle S1-7. 8/10 overall with the first 4 or 5 seasons being very strong indeed. It did dip a bit towards the end, but overall it's fantastic. Kids loved it and it was reassuring to know craziness exists elsewhere other than my house. Recommended if not seen before, esp if you have kids 7/8+

I remember thinking if I should be rooting for him previously. Let's see how it pans out this time.

I've been rewatching this as well. Quite surprised how well it holds up.

El Camino isn't bad per say. Just felt a little pointless to me.

Might as well throw one into the mix.

    Barry s1 and 2

Went through them over the weekend and it was feckin amazing. About a hitman that tries to get out of the game and become an actor. Dark comedy, but pretty much everyone in it is superb. Definitely essetail.

It wasn't bad. Was funny watching them suddenly age really badly. It feels like an extra long episode. You don't need to see it but it doesn't ruin anything.

The 2nd season episode with the King Fu girl is one of the funniest things I've seen.

Hank is up there with Ron and Captain Holt as great comedy characters too.

    Star Trek Discovery Season 3
    8.5 out of 10

Yeah, I started it, then got distracted. Went back to it to find Sky had pulled it, fuckers.

Phew. Ta. I have Now TV but until Mare of EastTown, it was almost exclusively just for watching John Oliver.

Actually no, gone again. They're fuckers for it. They did it when I was halfway through Sopranos and I never ended up going back to it.

Mah, looked for Barry. I'd never even heard of it till reading this page and though it sounded good.
Couldn't find it on any of the other streaming sites either

It depends. Did you ever look at Todd and think "yeah, that bloke's too scrawny, he should put on 3-4 stone"?

But as already said - spectacularly pointless and wastes most of its time. If you'd never watched Breaking Bad then it's pretty decent but there's very little tension and it's so far from the quality you're used to.

As a huge BB fan, I'd give it maybe 3/10.

You have the most miscalibrated opinions on BB Geefe. Next you'll be saying you don't like Succession.

You can get locked up for that now. Just for saying you don't like Succession.

Really tragic how Frankie Muniz basically has zero memory of ever filming this (or being famous in general) though. He had a mini stroke that wiped out a lot of his memory.
