"Bass to mouth" New episode is an instant classic. 9/10 And that last scene was as childish and cheap as it gets in terms of comedy but it was absolutely hilarious all the same. |

Awesome episode. Lemmiwinks for the win. The frog king leading the charge, holding the lance and pointing forward (at the screen) had me in stitches. -

Registered 19 years agoNext one is a Randy episode. I wonder if the "hit musical" just happens to be called The Book of Mormon.

Sharon is thrilled that Randy is making an effort to do more things that she enjoys. But, after he takes her to see a hit musical in Denver, Randy becomes Broadway’s biggest fan. Sharon is whisked away to New York and treated to every musical on the Great White Way. -

Fingers crossed for this. SP has been fantastic since coming back, and Randy is always the most fun character when he goes off on some random tangent.

Registered 19 years agoNew episode was one of the funniest ever, to be perfectly honest.
SP at its absolute finest - and that's with very minimal (almost non-existent) usage of the boys.
And it was also nice to see an episode featuring celebrities but not mercilessly mocking them. Never thought I'd see Andrew Lloyd Webber as a bro eating fried chicken and coming out with lines like "Tricking bitches into hour long blowjobs is an art form, you have to leave it to the professionals".

Registered 13 years agoCompletely agree with Syrette - SP has been awesome since coming back, but that episode was on a whole other level. Randy's musical centrepiece was just magical, and the Shelley/Larry subplot was unexpectedly sweet before ending in hilariously morbid tragedy. Andrew Lloyd Webber was pretty great, but Elton John was even funnier, given how even he seemed on board with the scheme to get more blowjobs from girls and his homosexuality wasn't even mentioned. Great stuff. My review. -

Registered 19 years agoIt was an episode where a lot of the humour was lost on me given I'm not American.
More entertaining than start-to-finish hilarious. Another solid episode though. -

Registered 14 years agoIt's still going strong - the template of 'one of the kids says/does something and unbeknownst to him it turns out to be true/ taken seriously by adults' is completely predictable but also consistently entertaining.
Lately it does seem like Trey and Parker are taking the piss to a ridiculous degree (not only out of the subject matter but also the audience and the South Park series in general). In a way though it only adds to the humour.

Registered 19 years agoAnother hilarious episode. Penn State references killed me.
The ending was hilarious too with a sort of throwback to old school South Park. Great way to finish the season.

Registered 15 years agoCan't say I rated the last two (not bad, just not great). There were some legendary episodes in this season though.

Your momma is so poor she can't even afford to pay attention!
Glol, Cartman is the best character in TV history. No idea what the fuck happened at the end though?!!?!?! Was that them establishing themselves for the next season, i.e. more old skool surreal? -
It was just a
A) throwback to old kenny always dies episodes
B) screwing Cartman over right at the end
Nothing more
