    Noticed this one last week..

Was seriously toying with cancelling my Flatout order this morning. Last friday SimplyGames's "outstanding orders" page showed my orders, and a nice little button that said "If you wish to cancel this order, click here"

So this morning I finally gave up on getting my copy of flatout and went to try and cancel the order...

I get there, and voila, cancel order button has mysteriously disappeared...!

Normally I trust this lot to get stuff to me on time but I really want to play Flatout, I don't want to have to go through the faff of phoning them to cancel that, and my other outstanding orders...so what gives! Anyone else have this sorta thing happen?

I don't know about Simplygames, but usually a disappearing "cancel" button means it has been dispatched, no?

Nah all three orders say "in progress" still (GRR)

And if they'd already despatched my copies of Half Life 2 and Halo 2 don't you think I'd be leaping around making strange gurgling noises?

Hmmm I've politely emailed to ask "where's the game" - see what happens...

    ....So what happened?

I also had the problem of not being able to cancel my GTA:SA/PSTwo bundle order on their site, but it took a 2 minute phonecall to them to cancel it.
