it's interactive - dialogue/choice options appear at the bottom of the screen

many appear fairly inconsequential at the moment...hmmmmm....
I hope there isn't a binary choice for the ending you get. I don't mind it happening because they're usually choices where your decision is informed by your experience of the previous hours but the entitled backlash from dickheads who can't get their head around the journey being as important as the destination is always so tedious. With the exception of Mass Effect 3 anyone making that complaint is a massive thicko.

Still wondering if you can select a default and just watch. Search online shows that for some devices that don't support the option to interact this is what happens (found nothing specific to Black Mirror though) but since PS4 does support it I'm hoping it's not necessary. Not at home so can't check for myself until later.

    @rockavitch

i assume you could just leave the options to time out each time and see what path that takes...

    i'm loving it, fwiw...

@simpleexplodingmaybe much further in now - nah, don't think it'll be that simple....whether it's a case of one true path or multiples, it's hard to know....

I wish the internet hadn't been squeezed to death in my village. All those bloody kids and their Fortnite there's none left for the rest of during the daytime. Or at teatime. Or between 9-10pm.

    I wanna watch/play it now.

Gonna be interesting to see how torrent sites deal with this.

Thought it was rather clever but not my favourite episode. A successful experiment certainly. Liked the fact that the Dual Shock rumbled to signal that a decision was approaching. Might give it another watch/play at the weekend.

Loved Bandersnatch. I bet we wonít see anything else as good on telly over Xmas. Really powerful and thought provoking.

Iím going to start it again later on.

I thought Iíd seen all the endings as it let me go back and redo things right at the end until the credits rolled but apparently not; I saw 3 different endings and there are meant to be 5.

Once you see Stefan listening to the Bandersnatch tape on the bus you've seen all of the major ending variations.

I've only seen 3 endings and I'm all out of feels. I think it is brilliant

Has anyone recorded the demo audio and loaded it on a Speccy? Surely it does something.

@neilka I havenít seen that, will definitely be revisiting! My opinion of this has improved since I finished it as Iíve been mulling it over in my mind, looking forward to going back to it.

Have seen all the major endings. Thought it was alright, the interactivity aspect was cool at times I guess, but overall disappointed.

Felt the various endings came quite abruptly, and re-making decisions for half an hour or so near the end just felt a bit repetitive to me.

After always hearing good things about this series started episode one of season one with the wife last night. I don't know of it somehow got better later on but it was dreadful to the point we watched (back into the Infinity 'sketch' the second time aboit twenty minutes or so in). I could see what it was trying to lampoon but it was neither amusing nor interesting as it was. Is this worth getting back into or is this a 'if you hate the first episode just stop now' situation?

I don't think it's a good thing to binge watch, it's so unrelentingly bleak you need to have breaks

Was I watching the same thing? A really poor Star Trek parody in a virtual world with deathly dull characters? Or did I just stop watching before it got interesting? Bleak definitely didn't come into the episode I started with... (At least as far as we got before both of us decided to watch something else instead). I take it the tone of the show darkens a lot after this then

Edit - fontgeeksogood may have been on about the new interactive ep and not replying to my post which would make more sense...

I think it's quite an inconsistent show, when it's good it's great, but more than a few episodes failed to engage me and a couple I've found weirdly grating, to the point where I stopped watching.

I'm intrigued to see this new CYOA one, but I'm in no rush.

Yeah, that felt a little too much like being IN a Black Mirror episode for my liking:) It was really interesting for a while but I quickly got to the point of just wanting it to end. It really needs a "just FFS move on with your life" option.

Did anyone else put '999' when it asked for the phone number? I thought it was worth a go:)

That's the first episode of the third season if I remember correctly. All of the episodes are independent self contained stories though so it doesn't matter what order you watch them in - you won't see any of those characters or any Star Trek stuff outside of that episode. For what it's worth, that ep does get a lot better and I quite enjoyed it, but there are certainly other better ones.

I thought Iíd got to the end when the woman is remaking Bandersnatch then I went back to a previous choice, and there was another 30 mins.
I thought it was brilliantly done. Yeah sure it feels a little repetitive, but isnít that part of it? Choose your own adventure go back to x etc

@One_Vurfed_Gwrx if the first episode didn't make you think of David Cameron then it wasn't the first episode. In fact the first episode is one of the best I think so if you go back and watch that and don't like it then it may not be for you. The Star Trek episode you watched wasn't one of my favourites but you kind of need to watch the whole of it to understand it.

I really really like Bandersnatch. Haven't seen everything by a long shot, and I've been trying to deliberately choose "dead end" paths to see as much as possible in a single run.

Also love some of the minor details: pretty convinced the stuffed toy is a Donnie Darko reference
, and the logo on the acid matches the logo on the "program and control" file

Just noticed the name Oliver Frey in the credits, presuming it's the crash/zapp64 art guy?
