Well, just checked my Play.com account. It says mine was posted 9th November 10.30am. Do you think I'll get it tomorrow or am I in for a longer wait ? How are your pre orders going ? Registered 19 years agoSimply don't do the day early thing any more I don't think. My preorder is still "in progress" and I'm not expecting it to be dispatched until tomorrow

Registered 20 years agoAs is mine from Simply. As long as I get it Thursday so I can play it on my day off on Friday, I don't mind. GTA:SA still has me in its grasp and unless Halo2 really blows my socks off I'll probably end up going back to that... -

Registered 19 years agoI have an 'In Progress...' at Simply too. A colleague at work had an email from Amazon yesterday saying they wouldn't be able to complete his order this week due to stock limits... -

Registered 17 years agoI do hope simply get it out and with me for tomorrow. The only reason I went with them was because lots of people on here have said that they often dish out the game early. If I'd have known this was going to be the case then I would've stuck with Play who have served me well over the last year or so.

Just called up simply games and they said those (halo 2 LE) will be shipped out tomorrow through first class post!
If the royal mail screw this up im going to burn down the depot. Yes I even live within a mile of the depot, so I damn well better get it on Thursday morning!

Registered 18 years agoLooks like nobody will get it tomorrow. Can't see mine arriving tomorrow. No way will Play deliver first class. Thursday is my day off so I don't mind waiting till then. It would be sweet to come home tomorrow night and see it there though. -

Registered 18 years agoI ordered off Gameplay earlier today and it said "order before 5pm today to receive on release day," so if anyone still hasn't ordered and wants by Thursday they seem a good bet. -

Registered 17 years agoI realised my Amazon pre-order was using Super Saver Delivery, and might take longer to arrive. So this morning I changed the delivery details to First Class.
Immediately it told me I'd get my order sometime in January. After a brief WTF? moment, I realised it had behaved as if I'd cancelled and re-ordered. And as Amazon ran out of stock of the Limited Edition original shipment ages ago, they're not planning on fulfilling the order.
I've emailed them to clarify, but I tell you what - if it doesn't arrive on release day I won't be getting it from them at all. And they can stick my Half-Life 2 pre-order where the sun doesn't shine, too. -

Yea, people are saying they are good bet. Some people have cancelled there Play orders because they have the feeling that it won't arrive on Thursday. I am not sure if Play.com will get it to me tomorrow. Posted 10.30 this morning. I seriously doubt it would be first class but there is hope. I am like a kid at christmas. 22 as well. Grow up.
