Registered 18 years agoJust got email from SG saying it is dispatched... So lets see when it arrives? Probably Friday or Monday. Def isn't going to get here tomorrow, which is a shame.

Registered 18 years agoNot trying to be negative DR Haggard, It's just I'm based In Oxford, and the last thing I ordered didn't turn up until the tuesday after the release day!
So I'm not getting my hopes up. That's all.
I'm sure they have put yours on super-duper delivery, so will be with you tomorrow!!

Registered 17 years agoJust been to every game store in Guildford and none of the buggers will seel it even though most of them had umpteen copies sitting on their counters.
And to top off all the sweat and silly looks from non-plussed woolworths/whsmiths/argos female staff my order with SG is still...."in dispatch"
Oh no, the lovely people in SG have now moved it to dispatch - oh lordy it better get here tomorrow...

Registered 19 years agoanybody heard of the wildcat postal strikes that are kicking off? Something to do with staff getting the sack for opening mail. There was a C4 documentary about this a while back but I missed it. -

/hopes SG remember they said they were sending Halo2:LE via courier rather than the postie after the last three packages went 'missing' en route.

Registered 18 years agoI'm sitting at home and the postman hasn't been yet. It doesn't matter anymore though, I caved last night and found the only local(ish) shop that was doing a midnight opening and popped over there to join in the fun. And, er...buy a copy.
So now I'll have two copies.
Idiot.
Still, I played some last night and it's a bit bloomin good. Awesome in fact. I need more time with it to take everything in. -

Which is exactly why this is the 1st game I have purchased in a store for about 5 years!! There was no way I was going to have all you guys playing and me not!!
