After the GTA fiasco, I'm now wondering why I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them for Halo 2. No sign of my copy so far. -

Registered 19 years agoDude I really think you should delete the possible spoiler up there, I had no idea that was coming and I'd rather not have known. I know it's clearly marked but it'd be better to keep the spoilers in the spoiler thread

Registered 17 years agoI have to wait until Monday for mine. (I ordered the Limited Edition from Amazon.) I'm not too bothered at the moment, though, as it'll give me the weekend do my university work (essays and LOADS of reading). Although, in saying that, one of my friends 'back home' bought it last night and he won't shut up about it, so I've had to block him on MSN. Harsh but fair. (I'm not allowing anyone to ruin it for me.) -

Well, Simply Games have written "Will arrive with you on the day of release" all over its pre-orders, but they can't seem to back it up as my Halo2 didnt arrive today as planned 
Royal mail dont promise next day delivery on first class post, only about 93% gets delivered the next day - so it seems very poor that they not only waited until the day before release, but also didnt contact the people who had pre-ordered it to warn of a possible delay.
went into tesco food shopping a few minutes ago, and they had tons of copies all sitting around for only £32
Anyway, i e-mailed 'Simply Games' to ask what went wrong - so i'll let you know if i hear back from them, i'm not planning on using them again anyway.

Got my copy in a Woolies after giving up all hope. Bricks and mortar is sweet, even if it was a good 90 minutes walk there and back. Anyway, the walk back gives you time to read the manual and dribble at the screenshots.
Really enjoying it, the new weapons definitely do add a lot and I can't wait for MP
