Ok, so I ordered some clothing from American Apparel on the 1st of May and they were estimated to arrive on the 9th. But, I only received them last saturday, 20 days from the day I originally ordered them. And to add insult to injury they charged me £4 for postage! That's not right surely? What I'm wondering is should I demand they give me back that £4? Would I be within my consumer rights to do so? Anyone know? |
Slow deliveries.. Can I request a refund?

I reckon if you contacted customer services and gave it a "disappointed and disillusioned" type approach, as opposed to a "whingey and bolshy" one, they'd do you some sort of compensation. -
