Tacos too!
I was going to mention them, nice people. Opened up half an hour early for us prior to a lunchtime train.
I do prefer this stuff fried though....don't like it soft and floppy. -

I'm pretty sure Los Amigos is a chain of restaurants as there's one in my area.
It kinda falls into that awful "Tex-mex" description where the food is basically a UK interpretation of mexican and american food. Fair play if you enjoy it, but if you get the chance I world search out a mexican-owned kitchen where you'll see a world of difference. -

Mission Burrito in Bristol is fantastic. Well worth a trek up the super-steep Park Street to help replace those lost calories.

If you're going for the world's most simple and bland burrito then yes.
how do you make these?
would fried mince mixed in with 5 rating chilli-p and a tortilla do?
I'm sure it'll suit you perfectly. -
There's no such thing as an "authentic burrito" unless you're just choosing to skimread Wikipedia. You might as well say there's such a thing as an "authentic sandwich". A burrito is a flour tortilla with stuff in it. That's about it. Even the big ones that weigh two pounds were still invented by Mexicans. -

A classic burrito is a tortilla with whatever you like in it. You can put in some pork verde, or beef mince, or chicken, with refried beans and rice and sour cream, some guacamole if that's your thing, pico de gallo, black beans. Any combination of that, pretty much. -

Not sacrilege, but pointless. The sauce would overwhelm everything else. One of the high points of the grande burrito is for multiple textures and flavours. -

Registered 12 years agoTo make a delicious burrito you really need to let them rest in front of a couple of fans you use for sleeping. While you are sleeping.
Your ingredients should be as low-rent as possible.
You then have a tasty breakfast burrito.

Registered 16 years agoIf you store the tortilla between the wooden board and the foam mattress you sleep on, they keep warm up to twice as long as they would in a typical sandwich thermos - or even sausage foil. -

Pancho's Burritos are the best Manchester have to offer. Based in the food market in the Arndale. Kicks Taco Bell all over the shop.
