By the way, Wii remote is not even slightly close to this: http://www.gifbin.com/bin/g677957198.gif on the other hand, bounding box camera is absolutely retarded |

On the Classic Controller
My Wiimote works mint, have you tried powering the sensitivity? Or cleaning the spunk off the lens? -

Registered 16 years agoIts an ok control method as a novelty but, in the same way as pad vs keyboard, the best wiimote player would get ruined by the best pad player. -
Now that the 3DS has bombed anyone thinking the Wii u will do the same? -
The 3DS bombed? When did that happen? -

Move is slightly better than the Wii Remote because there are fewer 'point the remote at the screen' issues.
But bounding box turning is still a dumb compromise.
Mouselook is superior, if you're desperate for a trigger instead of a button there are a few hardware options anyway. -

This is pretty much how I feel about pads against m&k really - so if I'm going to use a gimped input method, the wiimote does about as well as a pad in most situations (depending on genre, obviously).

True, still prefer it to pad controls though.
Wiimote FPS controls are broken in two major ways: latency AND cumbersome rotating. You'd have to be a really fucked up Nintendo fanboy troll to try and argue against that. -
