Most reliable games retailer for overseas orders?

The Space Marine demo has gotten me well and truly hooked, but since I need to have the full game completed around the time Gears 3 launches, I can't wait for Play.com to finish pissing around (last order I got from them was 10 days late and had been in Budapest on it's way here).

Since prices are roughly the same with all British-based online sellers, can anyone recommend a good, reliable and speedy retailer for people living overseas?

Well, I live in Greece and I've had better delivering times from Amazon UK and Gameplay/Game - around one week for me, while it takes roughly two weeks to get orders from Play/Zavvi.

... and if you preorder, do they ship so you get it on release, or release + around one week?

Unfortunately, no - around one day prior to the release date. For example Amazon shipped my Deus Ex pre-order on August 25th, so I expect it next week :\

Ah wank. Think I'll have to shell out and buy it from an actual... eugh... store here... :/
