@imamazed I've not changed anything on the front end so I can't think what might have caused this. What device have you got and has this problem only just started happening? |

You're not going mad, I've noticed this too.
The Interesting icon occasionally disappears against threads, seen it happen a few times in the last couple of days but can't work out steps to reproduce. Perhaps something to do with loosing network connection while in the app, maybe loads the thread list before it checks the user cookie?
There are two logins taking place now and it should wait to load the page index until you're logged in.
I reckon the bug is in there, will check later. -

I thought about moving them back up top but I also remembered some people didn't like it.

Registered 13 years agoHey Freaky,
Image / youtube links don't seem to be working, looks something changed with the website as a similar issue was also mentioned on the website bugs thread.
Odd it seems to launch an outbound.php link, or try to at least. -

Registered 13 years agoSame here. It used to be ok, so maybe EG have changed something?
Edit: Unlike jono I'm still on 4.2.2 apparently, so no OS change. Links only not working today I think. Didn't use it much yesterday though.

Thank you! Can't believe it was so easy. Feel like a bell end now.
That's also fixed my link issues too now that I could select chrome. -
No sorry, not fixed.
Keep getting "did you mean - outbound.com" -

Registered 18 years agoYeah, looks like the url that comes back from the forums is now a redirect through some outbound proxy.
Heavens knows why, maybe its a tracking thing.
Will have to resolve those urls before showing in the app. -

Registered 8 years agoI've can't use links anymore on the Android app. I cleared cache in chrome and downloaded a fresh copy of Firefox and it just keeps giving me outbound.php errors in either browser. Doesn't seem to matter if link is hidden or viewable. Would appreciate any fix if possible, as I prefer using the app to using the mobile site.
Sorry just seen you posted this is a proxy issue, will keep my fingers crossed you can work some magic fix!
