Cheers @robthehermit, I've pre-ordered FIFA 14 and GTA5 for 35 quid a piece, and seemingly free First Class/On release day delivery. |

Bloody hell, PS4/Xbone is £54.99 even for this game??? I've not pre-ordered any games for my PS4, yet, but had assumed we would have seen some price competition kicking in by now.

Amazon have started bringing the price down a bit for some games. FIFA/Battlefield are £42, Killzone/Cowadoody are £44 and Watch Dogs/Black Flag are £47. Not exactly amazing bargains or anything, but it's a start. Can also stick them into Flubit and save some more off that of course. People have had ~£36 offers for FIFA and Battlefield.

Registered 8 years agoI just saw this from Savvy Gamer! Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag Buccaneer Edition (Inclduing a statue) on PS4 - £49.99! I wouldn't be surprised if the game by itself was hard to find for less than £50 so for the special edition as well this is quite a bargain! I wouldn't be surprised if Game don't honour it though.
EDIT: It's gone back up to £95 now.

Registered 8 years agoIt's a shame they've rectified it already and that I missed out on the Ghosts one as well but I can't be too greedy! AC4 is still in my orders as being £50 and I haven't received any email saying that it was a mistake and they wont honour it yet though so maybe I'll be lucky! -

Registered 8 years ago@YenRug That is unlucky! I almost missed it myself but thought I'd just check twitter before going to bed and it had just been posted. I already have an Ezio and Connor statue for this one to stand beside and I wont be able to afford it at it's usual price so I really hope they honour it! -
GTA V is £35 on Amazon at the moment.

Ooooh, I had pre-ordered for £42 at ShopTo, so thanks for that! -

For some reason they feel more wholesome and less like rogues like Shopto do. -

Registered 6 years agoI've got GTA V ordered with Amazon for £35. I know they've now it advertised at £40 on their website - I assume they are going to honour the price I ordered it at and not do something daft like charge me the amended rate? Bear in mind I haven't used Amazon before. -

The most you'll pay is £35 or less if the price drops further. Once your order is in you're locked at that or a better price, never more.

Registered 6 years ago@Kostabi Ok, thanks for the info - thought as much, but you can never be sure. Only went with Amazon as it was the lowest price plus free release day delivery, wasn't overly keen on them otherwise although I've seen good feedback on here! -

Yes, I've had this happen a few times. Sometimes you get a few quid, but once they refunded me £0.01!
