It's true though. It really is, and is widely regarded as, one of the most insiduous pieces of legislation of the last century, not just her tenure.

Section 28 was pure evil, with no excuse of "it needed to be done"
Or how much pain she inflicted on a large amount of the society...
She was evil yes, but you have to remember that it needed to be done. We were practically bankrupt a conveinent aspect people seem to forget.
That's coming from me and I think my views on the Tory party are common knowledge.gif)
Vile, vile woman.
One thing I would also put out there is that David Cameron voted against repealing it, as did the vast, vast majority of the modern conservative party. The notion that they have "changed with the times" is laughable.

Although good job ignoring that he voted the opposite way when the motion was raised again. Cynically assume it was purely for the votes, but then that can be assumed in every voting instance of any MP.
How dare people change their mind. -
And don't make me defend an MP again. It makes me feel dirty. -

Registered 13 years agoWell, you know.
MPs might have certain trends of voting a certain way in certain topics.
David Cameron might, for example, have a rather poor voting history on certain issues. The wider party might...
oh you know what, I really can't be bothered to do this on my birthday lol -

Haha, in that pic her hair is the same colour as her skin, so it looks like her head giant ball with a tiny, shriveled face in the middle. -

OK. I propose a new ruling. This thread is no longer to be associated with the actual death of Maggie, because it causes too much disappointment each time it is prematurely bumped. Also when the event eventually happens, it deserves a new thread, possibly entitled, "Ding, dong, the witch is dead". -

I feel bad that I am disappointed every time this is bumped. I really ought to be more charitable to the whey-faced old cunt by now, but I don't seem to have it in me

I'll change it back, I swear to God.
