Well, the Tie Fighter just so happens to be 35 bucks on Amazon right now so I guess I'm getting that in the post this week. |

Registered 7 years ago2 fans make their own BatCave
From Kotaku website
"Carlyle Livingston II and Wayne Hussey spent over 800 hours across twelve weeks building this LEGO Batcave. It's made out of 20,000 individual parts, weighs over 100 pounds, and even has its own lighting system.
It's also got a total of four motors hidden inside to power various elements, like elevators, the Batmobile's turntable and a rotating storage area for Batman's outfits and gear.
I'm...it...I'm speechless."

Registered 12 years ago^Apparently (from people who've seen the sets in the new dealer catalogue) it's not the classic TMNT, but the new cartoons. -

Registered 14 years agoIs it the same Batcave that's been posted already on this very page or a different one? -

Registered 14 years agoThey really made that TMNT stuff look like something from the 80's. I was hoping they would have been a bit braver with it. Played it closer to the originals.
Oh well.
The Arkham set is 100% awesomeness on the other hand so I'm not worried about the future of LEGO.
How often is ComicCon in New York? Twice a year?
I've told my wife that in ten years I'll take the boys and go there. -

Registered 14 years agoIt is one hell of a Batcave though. I'm really impressed by it and jealous of the guys who built it. Their skill and the amount of LEGO. -

Registered 14 years agoBear with me cause this is one hell of a workaround for getting pictures on the bloody interwebz
Anyways, I finally got some time to build some stuff. I made a mini space ship using pieces from the MBA starter kit.
As seen [link=http://instagram.com/p/Q0FPvjHCVZ/">here and then I re used it in a new setting as seen -

Registered 16 years agoI'll be having that A-wing for sure. And I will have to get the Z-95 just for sheer awesomeness on Lego's part. If only I had got the Tie Defender when it was regular price.
The Rancor pit looks a bit lame, imo. I wish they would do a new build of the Cloud Car and some more OT ships. When are we going to get a Rebel Transport ship? -
