    I'm more interested in the Money Kid sets. Just the logo so far, but it's full of promise.

    Bit out of the box for Lego, but I guess the Hidden Side Lego stuff was a step in that direction.
    Yeah, nah

    Just showed my daughter and she loved the look and idea of it. I think kids will love it.

    Much like LABO the Nintendo Lego looks great but not for me.

    Would definitely buy it for kids if I had some.

    Tempted by the batmobile but £230.. shittttttt. Seeing as it's unlikely we'll be going on holiday I might pony up for it.

    Bat mobile is great.

    The spoiler / wing bits are a bit fragile though.

    Always wanted the Pirate Ship as a kid, so this is a definite buy for me! :D

    I like the idea that the Black Barracuda still exists and has been re-purposed as a pirate hideout.

    That looks fucking awesome thanks for sharing.
    Pirate Lego was my thing when I was young. I had some great sets for birthdays and loved it all.

    I didn't have the pirate ship, but had the clipper;

    Would love the Pirates of Barracuda Bay. Bit pricey though...

    I do like that you can turn it back into a ship inspired by the original though... Hmm...

    I had the Governors Fort, but never any pirate ship to attack it, so they always had to steal the gold at night using a rowing boat :D

    I like how Lego doesn't even bother taking pictures of kids playing with their sets :) (see hipster pictures)

    I guess the build would be challenging, but come on! I would have loved to play with this when I was a kid! (Actually, I would still love to play with this now ;))

    @SnackPlissken I got that set for my birthday one year!
    Fucking brilliant. That was the biggest one I got. Looking thought the set lists though there were some fantastic 'not too big' sets. Just well designed and thought out.

    Same with the Knights lego that I never had any of - looking now it just looks fantastic

    So can you build the ship and then transform it to the shipwrecked one or are there 2 ships?

    @Fake_Blood

    This set includes an island that can be split in half and rearranged. The shipwreck can also be dismantled and reassembled to make a ship inspired by the Black Seas Barracuda pirate ship LEGO model from 1989.

    That looks phenomenal - my brother had the pirate stuff when we were growing up (I was more into Space), but that set looks brilliant.

    The price though... :(

    Thanks, thatís cool. As a kid Iíd totally imagine the pirates rebuilding the ship and getting off the island.
    Not now though, Iím an adult.

    Finally finished the Bugatti this evening.

    To be honest, I don't think it looks as good as the Porsche, although I love the two-tone blue. I think the curved shape of the car has proven too much of a challenge for Lego, so there are a few gaps between the panels and some sections look odd up close.

    My other gripe is that the amazing W16 engine and sequential gearbox are all hidden away beneath the bodywork, which is a real shame.

    It's my son's birthday in 6 weeks and he's after another chunky set to build. Any good deals out there on star wars/Ninjago/Minecraft or HP sets? Not the best time, admittedly...

    @Flying_Pig They need to do something similar with a classic space set. I know they did Benny's space ship a few years ago, but I mean like a reimagining of an old space station with tons of detail and modern building techniques. There's some great Space theme MOCs, just none have made it to Ideas production yet.

    Lego leaning heavily on the nostalgia factor for the new Pirates set. I just need a child that will spend £180 on a present for me...
