Looks excellent, early purchase only if turns out it is balanced. If it is just killing red coats all day and total American bull crap I will get it when its a tenner or borrow it. -

Registered 15 years agoHope the fighting is a lot better, still standing off the player from what I've seen but moves seem to flow better. I find it hard to believe they've got it right this time but can't be any worse the other games. There has been two Batman games that did combat well so I would hope they have looked at those for some pointers. -

Registered 9 years agoIf anyone lives in Liverpool or nearby, Gamestation in Lord Street (next to McDonald's) is hosting a viewing event for Assassin's Creed 3, starts at 11am on Saturday to I guess closing time, ID may be required to view it.

Registered 7 years agoIt was quite nice to see a trailer for this at the cinema although glancing up from opening my drink it did take me a moment to work out what the hell they were advertising that had a woman hiding behind a door with an axe. -

Registered 7 years agoGiven how companies sometimes give rather generous estimates to how many hours of playtime a game will provide, 60 minutes could well mean 15 minutes in real terms.
Maybe you get to arrange Desmond's stamp collection.

Registered 7 years agoThere definitely will be day one DLC since there will be codes with the limited edition and as preorder bonuses. Presume it would be on the disc already, anyway. -
the Boston walk through video looks like there is almost no progress from the last AC game??? Just different location, love the way he dressed in his white assassins robe and can blend in with people as the British Soldiers walk past .gif)
Very disappointed with the video to be honest, was expecting something fresher. -

Registered 11 years agoDealing with exclusives and DLC is very simple; wait for an all-in-one edition. You'll earn a bit of interest from your bank and get it cheaper on release.
I'm waiting for the price of Revelations to drop to about a tenner. After I finish that, I'll need a break from the series anyway. By the time I'm ready to play again, I can pick this up cheaply. -

Registered 6 years agoAssassins are assassins, how are you willing to get them fresh anyway?
Unless they make like a weirdo Assassin's Creed in the future where horses are flying cars and weapons are Star Wars gadgets there will be not huge changes to the overall look and feel of the game, they're also dealing with the current-gen limitations (the game is already running on 30FPS and struggles so bad to lock it).
About the PS3 exclusive stuff it isn't a surprise at all, in fact it could be a temporary exclusive (on ACB and ACR we had all the collector's version features on the two DLCs released after respectively (that Leonardo thing and the Lost Archive on ACR)) But 60 minutes or 5 hours, it seems that it has nothing to do with the main scenario so i wouldn't worry too much about that.
But looking for a nice english commentary on YouTube is certainly on the menu if i don't get this on PC and XBOX 360.

e gap has been reduced to half a month in Revelations, and it's not that even that bigger.
So yeah, prevent yourself from being spoiled along the way, and it worths waiting for the ultimate 1080p 60FPS experience easility achievable with even entry-level graphics cards
