@Afiddes I suppose it was at peak time, took about half an hour for the firmware update. |

Registered 15 years agoWhoa this is brilliant, exactly like the reviews and beta players have said, feels more at home on the Vita than anywhere else.
Earlier posts about people AT THEIR WITS END! yesterday were funny, kudos. That made first world problems look valid, haha. Same applies to some posts elsewhere about their iPhone being delivered on time, christ. -

Ha ha, exactly my reason for using digital purchases. The wife is none the wiser!
Lastly as there are no new boxes lying around I don't have to worry about my gf complaining to me that I spent £30 on a new game again
Obviously helps in this instance that the game is basically same price as a retail version and includes the pre-order purchases. Way to go Sony! -

Registered 7 years agoplayed it during my lunch (slightly extended) and it really is a cool little platformer, i got annoyed with the first few levels as i couldnt get 100% of the stuff but after i got over the need to clear everything 100% (mainly because some levels require coop to do so) i started to enjoy it for what it is and that is a really decent platformer
i then spent a little bit of time on the side quests and managed to 3 star the two i have open to me at the moment and although it can be quite frantic it is all well executed
my only gripe is with the touch screen not always picking up my hits or slides but i think that it is just me -

Registered 6 years agoI've only got through the first level in my lunch and was surprised I hadn't 100% it either. I got 95% or something. Is it that I have to complete it once in co-op to get 100%? -

Registered 7 years ago@daft_punk_909 No, pretty sure the co-op only areas don't start until the second level (announced very clearly in game so you won't miss it). I only got about that for the items obtained in the first level which makes me think I missed one of the bubbles that is hidden behind the background.
Unless I'm talking through my hat, of course! -

There is a sticker you need to place early on that I haven't found yet, guess you will need to come back when you have it and get the remaining 2 items.
Anyone up for some co-op later tonight? -
Fuck. So tempted to cancel the wii u order and get a vita , this/gravity rush and lumines. arghh >_ -

You should do it and keep your Wii U pre-order open. If you love it(pretty sure you will) you can cancel, if you hate it, sell it on and get your Wii U.
Not found anyone yet who doesn't love their Vita, even better now LBP has been released. And Gravity Rush is awesome as well. -

Registered 7 years agoThere's a sticker in the second level that you need for extra things partway through but you can't get until the end of the level. Replay value.
I'm up for coop as long as people don't mind my inexperience (of LBP in general). -

I've never played LBP as I've never owned a Playstation. I promised myself I'd finish Rayman on Vita before getting any more Vita games. I ... I should, right? -

Registered 14 years agoRayman is most likely a better platformer than LBP, so finish that first. You can always sell it and get LBP later. -

Registered 7 years agoall i can say is that it is good! it is very very good with skill challanges and leaderboards throughout
on the other side of the coin if you do wait a bit it means people would have had a chance to get to grips with the level creator and you will have some extra levels for you to complete -

Registered 12 years agoIf you are loving Rayman, finish it as you will only get distracted and it is a great game.
However, LBP is equally awesome as a complete package and you can never have a big enough backlog... -
Good lord! Sensible advice! Never expected that -

Registered 7 years agoJust tried some Community levels and had a kid randomly join who kept screaming 'HOW OLD ARE YOU? I'M 12!' (with seriously strong lisp that made them sound half that age). Weird... -

Registered 6 years agoDownloaded at midnight last night and it went to eight minuites then all the way back to fifty minuites but eventually finished downloading around 4am.
Damn my poor (virginmedia superhub) wifi.
As for LBPV I've just managed to get to the best bit "the Editor"
My arms are hurting, my eyes blurred and I'm so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open.
It is a superb game with so much to do and great design, humor and and and SO MUCH MORE!
I never managed to complete LBP1 or 2 on PS3 as they were to time consuming and I have far too many hobbies. LBPV should be different as I can just pick up my Vita anytime for a little editing.

Has anyone mentioned it's 1.6GB in size?
Why they can't include this in the description by default, I don't know. -

It's in the voucher section of the Littlebigplanet beta area (where you originally got the code for the beta itself).

Registered 7 years agoI have spent a lil bit tonight trying out my creative side and deleting everything i have done so far
I think I could easily lose myself in creating a level as soon as I get some more bits and pieces (only done the first bit as I was trying to find the last few missing bits on the first mission -couldn't do it -
@santashi thanks, don't know how I missed it! And such a fetching safety jacket
