Given Shinobido 2 was the first Vita game I got, I was a bit sad to see that hardly any Vita game I've purchased since has come with a manual.

So the reviews were overly harsh for this? 55 on Metacritic, nothing over 74 on Metacritic.

It's very old-school, as far as I can tell. There's no chance it would get higher scores from the mainstream press.
