I took us to that pub...and I can't remember the name of it either. I'll probably be going, and I guess she'll come along should we still be together. |

Registered 13 years agoIf you are going to be round London Bridge, then The Horniman at Hayes is a nice pub to go to. It can get quite busy though. -

You might want to edit the first post so that newcomers to the thread know where the venue is. -

Registered 20 years agoI should be there, London bridge is a good place for pubs, if our group gets too big we can always move on to the Barrowboy and Banker as Bunch of Grapes isn't that big. -

Registered 17 years agoOops, I was goign to do a "T-minus two weeks" bump yesterday and forgot.
It's not a huge pub but there is an upstairs lounge which we can potentially take over. Otherwise there's alternatives nearby as you say. -

Reminder as requested: it's next week! T minus one week.

Registered 20 years agoI don't get out until 6 usually and I'm not sure what the tube will be like from here to there, but I should be there before seven to deliver a backhander for all the digs you keep leaving in your posts about me!
Boo to the missage, LB, we could have had a lovely alcohol-fueled rant at each other

Registered 17 years agoI'll do my best to drink enough between 5 and 7 so I won't feel the sting or I won't care much about being slapped in a busy pub. =)
LB, if she's super pregnant she might have the baby between now and next week and you can still come along and have a beer and a rant with MD. -

Is this one of those charity outreach programs the council set up, like big brothers for Puerto Rican orphans?
I'm dining with a terrifyingly pregnant woman that night over West, but have fun!

True, whereas my dirty socialist ways just lead to feelings of inadequacy and apathy. -
