    Hey, that Carpenter Brut album is good. Thanks for sharing.

    Annie Girl and the Flight have finally abandoned their principles and posted an album to Spotify:

    I reckon folks who like Wacahatchee and similar American bitter folk indie will probably like it.

    @simpleexplodingmaybe

    The link I posted is not great (sounds like demos/out-takes) this one is much more "finished":

    (Same band. Annie Girl and the Flight. The guitarist is a friend of a friend...)

    At some point someone is going to have to travel backwards in time and stop that.

    Pretty sure there is a direct causal connection between that performance, Trump's election, the Korea crisis, and the inevitable 2022 Russian invasion of Poland.

    Mark Owen's bass-face is the fluttering of the butterfly's wing that culminates in the end of the world. It must be undone.

    Was going to post this in the metal thread, but this is a better fit here.

    Atari Teenage Riot - The Future Of War
    https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQaM7XrGgWVWoZ1QF_1olPA_xibjxmKNh

    The ultimate mix of techno and punk. It's so raw and raucous, so exuberantly aggressive it borders on puerile, but if it doesn't make you want to bag your head and smash a Nazi in the face with a fire hydrant then frankly you're dead inside.

    The Clash. Sandinista.
    I've known this album since childhood and it's always been a joy to revisit for the last 30 years.
    Rock, world, folk, dub music stylings. A triple album that has it all.
    I would say it's in my top ten favourite albums ever.
