    'Are you all sitting 4square comfortobold on your botty? Then I'll begin'

    I'm so fucking shallow, I only got into The Small Faces after Ogdens Nut was used for the GTAV trailer :)

    I've had Alexa randomly playing Metallica all day and was surprised by enjoying some of their newer stuff.

    I Seem to have fallen into a deep Khruangbin shaped hole, perfect music to have on the background while I "work" at home.

    I need to find me a Laura Lee

    The new Strokes album seems good so far. Sounds like their early stuff.

    Yeah most of the songs wouldn't feel out of place on the first two albums. I like it.

    Been listening to Thundercatís new record. Enjoying it. I havnít really thought about in relationship to Drunk which I liked a lot.

    Itís a cross between Daft Punk Discovery and Parliament/Funkadelic

    Yeah itís more soulful and funky than his previous record but it also reminds me a lot of discovery. Mind you itís been a while since I listened to that album but that is what my head is telling me anyway haha. Feels like it got the same energy and similar production in places

    I liked the funkier bits of 'Drunk', but didn't take to it as much as I thought I would for some reason.

    This will hopefully be more like what I was hoping for last time round.

    Love the TotD album so much, Chris' vocals are out of this world. Might even be his best vocal performance on record, which is saying something! Four Walled World is a personal favourite.... feels like we're all living in one of those at the moment.

    @jimnastics
    No argument here mate, CC is a God, sadly looks like we may not hear his last stuff, due to wife/widow and SG falling out.

    As it happens I'm listening to King Animal right now...while playing Gears, you can't whack it 👍

    @DUFFMANS Nice! God I remember the excitement when King Animal dropped, happy days, seems a long time ago now. From what I've read regarding his wife's legal argument it's pretty flimsy at best... I trust in Matt Cameron who seems to have his head screwed on here (and the might of Pearl Jam's lawyers, hopefully). It may take some time to work through the courts, but I have hope.

    My music listening time has dropped through the floor, I used to blast it all day every day working from home but now I'm home schooling the kids!! I need to sort out some evening headphone + wine time, whilst the wife watches trash TV or something :) I also haven't listened to the new PJ album yet because of this, but I really liked the singles they released early. Sounded much more inspired to me than the last 2 or 3 albums, the last albums I really loved were Binaural and Riot Act.
