Canít. Stop. Listening. To. Levitating by Dua Lipa. Best pop song Iíve heard in years. Album isnít bad either.

My Spotify is so screwed up as itís linked to the nest in the kitchen. Whatever my daughters choose to listen to ends up on my recents. Makes it difficult to sort out stuff I genuinely want to listen to.

Love this. The guitars sound great. Really nice fuzzy guitars on the chorus from 1:30 onwards.

Been listening to Typhoons the new album by Royal Blood.

I absolutely loved their debut - phenomenal sound considering thereís just two of them. Great guitars and drumming. About the only problem with the debit was it was too short!

I thought I wanted more of the same, but the second album was disappointing. It was the same but not as good.

So itís probably good news that this third album has taken a slightly different direction; more rock-pop and some electronic influences.

I have to confess I didnít much like the singles leading up to the album release, but they feel a lot more enjoyable in the context of the album. The riffs are still there and I think the melody writing has improved too. My only really criticism is that the drumming feels more metronomic like itís been programmed on a drum machine. Maybe thatís the style they were aiming for, as the debut certainly shows itís not down to musicianshipÖ

Anyway, itís definitely a grower. A solid 7/10.

@Killerbee I've only heard bits and pieces but it reminds me a lot of how Radiohead, Editors and similar bands swerved in a new direction at some point as well. And similarly for the most part from guitars to electronics too; I don't know whether it actually is (I'm no musician) but that sure is how it sounds.

I don't mind though, what I've heard so far are still pretty cracking tunes. I mostly hope I can see them live again some time this milennium.

Loving the new Greta Van Fleet. Unashamed classic guitar rock. Wish there were more bands like this.

The new Black Keys is just great. Back to guitar and drums, stripped back blues/country with exceptional production. It's a covers album but more like a classic American roots taster masterclass.

I really like the new album although some of the songs are proper rip offs of Queens of the Stone Age, Either You Want It being the biggest culprit.

I didn't realise Mr Bungle released a new album last year. Now I haven't regularly listened to them since I was a teenager but always had a place for Mike Patton's music.
The album isn't too bad, kind of reminds me of Fantomas more than Bungle, probably because of Dave Lombardo.

Josh Homme produced a good chunk of the album so itís probably fair to say itís less Ďripped offí and more Ďinfluenced byí.

Safari Song is one of the best tunes in Forza Horizon 4.
