They've completely balls up an order I made with them last friday. Firstly I had to call them because the site refused my card because it doesn't have an issue number. I ordered PoP:SoT for a friends little brother (she wanted to get him Warrior Within) and they told me they had none in stock but could move them over the weekend and send it out this morning. At the end of the call the lady (who sounded hot) told me it'd be £30. I immediately queried it and she had put down PoP:WW instead of SoT, and I assumed she then changed it at my request. Except it turns out she didn't. I got a confirmation email today saying they've taken £30 from my account which has made me go overdrawn (because I spent too much at the geekmeet but I had worked it out to be ok) and the game will be sent soon! Not even today as she told me on the phone! Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!!! Sorry but I had to vent and you are my captive audience. |

I had to cancel a christmas order with them which I made near two weeks ago, Rome Total War and they couldn't get stock?? Even Tescos have it by the bucketload.
