Yep there's a vita application sony distribute. I don't have it as everything is either via PS3 or straight up download. How did you get it in the end then?

This is some good stuff, even though I really, really don't appreciate the gratuituous gore in the field. I must be getting old or something.

I'm immensely enjoying story mode. Makes me itch to see the good MK movie :-)

Having no idea about this, I want to know how the story mode is so good. I've played the old MK a long time ago along with SF, Tekken, DoA etc. and the story modes are simple tournaments with crappy slide-shows/cut-scenes attempting to give reason to the 10 rounds of random fights that the story mode is.

It has a full story for a start, with chapters staring each character as the lead. It's also pretty well voice acted for animated. And the story even makes sense (for a fighting game). I'm only on chapter 5 or 6, but it's been great fun so far.

And it's got a lot to it too, so it's not some quick ten fight thing.

I find jumping a lot and keeping him at a certain distance so he does lots of his vanity moves helps a lot. Although that's on medium, I don't know about the higher difficulties.

Hmm, should I spoiler that? Really hard to do in portable view and from the Vita :-S

That last fight in story mode where Raiden is fighting Shao Kahn? It can fuck right off.

I still did it, mind. Only took me 3 days.

Awesome title. Mortal Kombat is a classic and story mode is really good. But (on PS3) I had little problems multiplayer mode.
