No, but there's a load of YouTube videos made by KSI and Diablox9 and others that were invited by EA to try the game before it comes out and make videos about it! Does that mean you can play Co-op with your friend online? or do you both need to play on the same screen? -
Hmmmm still cant seem to see the demo. -
The player on those youtube videos is very good at the game. The way he used stop start and changes of direction looked really impressive. -

Registered 16 years agoReally looking forward to this, but previous experience has taught me that it's better to wait a couple of months before picking up a new Fifa title - the servers are usually borked for at least a few weeks after release.
Does anyone know if it'll be possible to kick people playing as goalkeepers from the online teamplay games, again?
I'd still love to see Gamertags over the players heads for replays, too. -

Registered 12 years agoI'd like to see a bit of the build up in the replays, it's bloody annoying when you pull off some skillz to set up a tap in and the replay only shows the goal. -

Registered 13 years agoI don't understand why the replays don't cache on the drive, and you only be able to watch it once during an online match. Then, at the end of the game, have a chance to view replays and upload them then, before quitting out of the menu and losing the chance to save them, either locally or online.
The 'saving replays only online' bit is purely for EA's benefit and not for the player. -

Fifa 12 on the PC was better than the console versions. Proper 1080p with the same engine. -

Fifa 11 was a reskin of the console version of Fifa 10. -
Yeah I remember reading the uproar from PC users, and Peter Moores response was that not everybody had hardware capable of running the full version so they wanted to appeal to the widest demographic.
Buy with confidence though, I owned 12 on PS3 as well as PC, and the PC version shat on it.

Registered 7 years agoYeah it did have all that, in much more beautiful package as you might expect from a PC (crancking up resolution, all the anti-aliasing you want, great audio quality...etc) and it's directly connected to Origin, so you can use your already existing EA account that u use to play on console to play on PC.
The only problem though is the friends list, i've bought FIFA 12 and didn't find really any real life friend to play with... just randoms via forums or ranked 1v1, if that's not a concern for you, sure why not, go for the PC.gif)
Although i have to mention that ppl running old CPUs like Pentuim Dual core, and those crappy LGA 775 had so much lag and stutters, even after several updates, so that's something to bare in mind... -

Registered 11 years agoRanked online is now my bread and butter tbh.
Currently kicking it in Div 1 on 360 so it's very important to me. My main fears now are the potential for cheating on PC and the relative lack of competition(in terms of numbers) in comparison to the console version.

Registered 7 years agoPlayed a few games of the demo - love it. It feels really alive: fluid, varied and dynamic.
The ball feels untethered to the individual players - have had some positively mental goalmouth scraps! - teammates make independent forward runs, shooting feels more satisfying and crisp than it has done in previous games, and variable first touch adds another layer of depth to the game's momentum and physics.
Don't know the controls for complete dribbling, so can't pass comment on that, but all in all first impressions are greatly favourable. -

Very encouraging.
I'm trying to avoid the demo as I'd just hammer it for the next couple of weeks and don't want to take the shine off the release of the full game like I have done since 2008 onwards. -
I think I'm going to wait tbh, I know it's going to be great and don't want to ruin 12 till it's out.
