Registered 20 years agoAnyone else watching this? I'm really confused on the whole Kagame and Alec's brother relationship, is that Alec#s Bro = Kagame or that he is his mentor. Also it seems the show seems to be going in the same direction Fringe went, i.e. a third future faction that is controlling the timeline, not sure how I feel about that.,

Registered 16 years agoThey spent a good chunk of the last episode of S1 showing Kagame being born and measures taken to make sure he is taken care of.
As far as I can tell, the annoying emos importance hasnt been revealed yet, which makes all the posturing and moves to protect him somewhat hard to swallow.
I also like the way they are allowed to say 'shit' now, 3 per episode. -

Registered 16 years agoThats a lie. Theres an episode where he speaks to kagame in prison in the first series, becoming kagames homeboy and teacher, so thats why he is important. -

Registered 16 years agoIts getting better. Last weeks episode was pretty good, although I have had more than enough of the liber8 infighting.
It was interesting, if slightly obvious, to see special agent bumcheese blow his top at not finding the other suit. -

@nickthegun You've got to assume he has access to the cctv stuff. I'm more interested in whats his face liber8 soldier guy having an active CMR.
Edit: Watching back he was stood behind Cameron in the petrol station when she was asking about the suit. He's also onto something as it may just be me being late to the party but he mentions Piron corp a few times and its one of the names on one of the towers in the future in S01e01.

I thought it was OK. It was a bit of a filler but it burbled along. WRT her telling carlos, its one of those TV thing, sadly. Nobody ever tells anyone anything directly or it would instantly kill any and all tension.
But they seemed to have fun with it. Maybe the show was moved to a later timeslot
