Jesus Christ, he's only making burgers!
@wobbly_Bob - Have you gone to culinary school?
Burgers with no egg for binding, which is immediate win, but culinary school!?! FFS.
It was just a question anyway. Sheesh. -

Registered 12 years agoHa! To set the record straight, the only time I've worked in a kitchen is when I was a teenager in my parent's pub. I honestly couldn't cope with the hours. -

Registered 15 years agoMuch like a wizard, a burger is neither late nor is it early but arrives exactly when it means to. In this spirit, I present, burger number 9 - The Gypsy!

A beef patty in a big squishy bun with mozzarella cheese, cucumber, tomatos, red oninons, peppered bacon, Parmesan slices and ranch dressing.
Wow, what a gut ( and jaw ) buster! I'm surprised I didn't get lock jaw with this one. I cut the vegetables a bit too thick lol Looks a little messy compared to the Origonal - I blame it on the sodding migrane I have had all day. Maybe I should lay off the massive burgers and unhealthy food... nah
I really liked this. The crisp fresh veg cutting through the rich meat again. I liked having too different cheeses in there. When I come up with my own burgers they are always pretty dirty with tons of meat and cheese but I should give some thought to the veg to counter the richness. Still, it's good to be dirty sometimes
Next week... even bigger and one I have been looking forward to the mighty LUMBERJACK!!! -
FUCK ME.
And to the Lumberjack, FUCK ME.

Registered 15 years agoAnd it's 10 of these bad boys down and 20 to go! I present the LUMBERJACK!

2 ( count em! ) juicy beef patties in a tower of 3 slices of toasted white bread, lettuce, white onion, tomato sauce, mayo, mustard, 1 slice of american white cheese and one cheddar, and pickles
YUM! I been waiting for this one for awhile and it was fucking good. This is the first of the burgers that was actually a problem getting it all in my gob! I had to really squish it down. Again, bit messy as had a bit of a plating emergency when it fell over lol
Delicious! I love me a dirty burger and boy was this dirty. It never dawned on me till I ate it but this is basically a fancy spin on the big mack. You got the same layers going on, same sauce ( big mac sauce is tomato and mayo - try it ) lettuce, cheese and pickles. It tasted just like a super charged big mac! I really loved this huge meaty cheesy bastard but god it was like a meat and cheese mountain. I made some fries ( cooked in beef dripping :-D ) to go with this and couldnt finish them. Did I want fries with that? Hell no! Here is the Origonal
Next week... number 11! Get ready to call in the fire deparment coz the firehouse is incoming! I love me some chilli -
Oh that's terrific. You made that, and you ate it? That's just awesome.
Make your own burgers, or get particular ones in? -

Can I suggest you do something about the lighting on that photo? It looks disgusting with the brown/greyness. -

I need to get a white background at least. I'll see if I can do something about the next one. -
