    123-powertrader = prick

    Why?

    "Right,

    I don't know what you're problem is.

I left you negative feedback as you've not refunded me *postage for goods returned, goods sent to me in error and faulty.

Your emails to me, confirm you would.

I still have, and did email you pics of the proof of postage and your emails acknowledged them.

You say you have refunded me but when I ask for the paypal reference numbers of the postage refunds, you ask that I revise my feedback.

You've refunded me 3.35, that is not in dispute. That is the amount I paid for the iPhone 4 battery however, I had to return three batteries to you at my expense. As above, they were sent to me either in error or, what I ended up receiving was faulty. They were sent across two packets and you confirmed you would refund 0.73 and 1.17

If you're expecting me to revise my feedback upon receiving the refunds, your expectations will not be met. You're a bad seller, you've let down a customer, you reap what you sow.

I don't care if you now read this message and don't feel encouraged to process a refund. Look, these amounts are so petty. Your next line of thought is "well why do you care about a trivial amount?". Well my next line of thought is "why wouldn't you just refund it?".

    screw you and cex.

    [real name]"

Why didnt you just go through the normal paypal dispute process.

They stump up the bill for the return postage if the buyer doesnt.

Buying from a cheap, volume seller, with a track record of failure percentage and negative feedback, and you've immersed yourself in a gutter fight for pennies ?

    Good luck with that.

Bought a PS3 off eBay, described as excellent condition.
First the guy contacts me and expects me to collect from Wales (I live in Suffolk) even though it was listed as free postage.

It arrived today - doesn't even power on. Wrote him a nice note that I'm quite proud of so thought I'd share........
    Evening.
Received the PS3 today. The packing method of "paper gift bag" would seem not to have been adequate to ensure safe delivery.
The item was described as "excellent condition" on the listing however there are scuffs on the machine (photo attached). The paper bag posting method I would suggest has resulted in the main case of the PS3 being out of line (photo attached - may not be entirely visible). Most worrying is that the machine will only sit on stand by and not actually turn on. A red light in stand by, press the power button and green light for half a second followed by power off with no light whatsoever. I see from the original photo 2no. Official Sony PS3 pads yet only one supplied with the other being 3rd party.
Thanks for the charging stand which wasnt listed, but has also suffered from the paper gift bag postage method (photo attached)
Probably best you give me your address so that I can arrange to send back for a refund from you. I suggest you attempt to claim back from Parcelforce for the damage although suspect that paper gift bag is not one of their recommended postage methods for electronic devices.
    Ta.

@tuff I'd go through eBay and log a dispute. They have their guarantee that if you don't get what was described bla bla bla. I wouldn't take a chance on this dude but, you know best if it warrants that level of attention.

    Dear grownuptrunks,

I never got any email asking for my address - I'm not saying U didn't send it - just sometimes ebay messages don't go through.... so when was this? and why did U want for 3 months to follow up on it?

    - drewbizz

    Dear drewbizz,

First off the book has a an intend on the cover. Second of all I got the adress wrong, and when i recived it I contacted you for a corect adress beacuse I do not want to get the adress wrong again and have to pay to ship it out again.

    Dear grownuptrunks,

I still don't understand why 3 months have gone by....
This just sounds too fishy to me - I'm sorry but there is nothing I can do at this point.... I know that all of these books were in absolute NM condition when I sent them out to buyers... so I can't see how the book had indents on the cover like you say unless something happened after it was received....

    Dear drewbizz,

Hello I have not heard back from you regarding my issues. I had issues since I sent it to the wrong a dress luckily the person was able to send it back. I like to know if its still possible to get an exchange. I want to keep doing buesness with you thanks.

    - grownuptrunks

    Dear grownuptrunks,

screw you - you leave me negative feedback for a comic that had nothing to do with the one you are complaining about - I'll just call ebay and have it removed as this has nothing to do with the other book. Now try to go find this book for the price I have - U can't - and U say U will blackball me - well try to buy from me again - U CAN"T - so goodbye.....

    Dear grownuptrunks,

yeah you're right - but YOU are the one who waited, YOU are the one who left negative feedback for a wrong item that you didn't even get - nor will you so YOU started this - and lastly YOU are the one who shipped it back to the wrong address.... NONE OF THIS IS MY FAULT

I'd stop reading comics and instead start reading grammar and spelling books as I think you need them a lot more.

Also, you were at fault and not the vendor.

A guy named after a Dragon Ball Zed character buying a Spider Gwen comic that's written for tween girls.

I don't think anyone is winning here.

Whilst I understand the cathartic value of this thread, the best way of letting people know about bad eBay sellers is just leaving them appropriate feedback.

Be polite, be concise, let people know where they fell short.
