Not tried the PS3 demo yet but I do recommend the Vita game if you're interested in a handheld version. It's great fun in portable form, too. |

Registered 15 years agoI've got both the PS3 and the Vita version, and the Vita version is vastly superior apart from it's implementation of scratch notes. I also found the PS3 version fiddly to get the timing off set correct for display lag. The new songs are pretty good, though. -

Registered 10 years agoThe scratch notes on the Vita are very easy to cheat at, I admit. I do try to do it properly though! -

Registered 10 years agoReally? Yesss!
Edit: Oh wait, if it's early next year then you're probably talking about the original game, aren't you? I misread that as a reply to my post about Project Diva f 2nd. Aw.

Registered 10 years ago(Finally!) finished Project Diva f. Along with Theatrhythm, which I got around the same time, it was my first rhythm game, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Very well designed so that you can definitely feel yourself improving the more you play. Controls are very precise. The songs are mostly pretty catchy, too, and the videos are generally engaging.
There's a good amount of content (I managed to spend nearly 60 hours playing on it) and only a few minor niggles like the strangely low res menu images and the initial load time for songs (made more bearable by the huge amount of loading artwork).
Really recommend it, unless you absolutely loathe Vocaloid music.

I didn't think it would be less than £30, given that's a pretty standard digital price for Vita retail games? I was worried they might try for £35 after the PS3 pricing!

Registered 15 years ago@santashi It's $29.99 in the US. Plugging that into XE.com gives £17 before tax, £21 after -

Registered 10 years ago@HiddenAway Yeah, I wish they did actual conversions more, rather than just changing the currency sign. You could also buy a physical copy for around £22, but I didn't think Sega would take that into account, given how much they charged for the PS3 version. -

Registered 17 years agoI've still got plenty of credit, but not quite so much as I had this time yesterday. Bought the 'All You Can Eat Pac Man CE DX' bundle for the sale price - love that game and have missed it since offloading the 360. -

@Mageme Hope you enjoy it! A great game for quick lunch hour bursts (as long as you can put it down again).
