Registered 6 years agoThis was my first expo and one of the first things I saw when I walked into the 18+ area was the Virgin Gaming girls. Instantly made me uncomfortable and I was tempted to just leave. If companies feel like they need the girls there then, imo, its just like them saying 'Well, ok our products aren't great so we're using implied sex to sell it' If your product's good enough it'll sell regardless, especially at an Expo!!
I'm not a prude but either keep it fair & have half naked girls AND guys, or don't have either. -

Registered 12 years agoYou are a very sensitive little flower. The booth babes were not ideal, but it was a very small part of an otherwise very friendly and inclusive show.
A show that had DOA5 and tekken, with its downloadable bikinis in full force, out for all the family to play.

Registered 14 years agoIt's your event you can do what the fuck you like. If you want booth babes, have them, if you don't, don't. Apologizing because some minority somewhere might have had their noses put out of joint just smacks over-sensitive PR and no backbone. Same goes for CVG, they should've told the people who were offended to fucking do one and read another website. Or maybe start their own one.
