Is it still technically breakfast time ? -
In Subway you have to tell them what meal time it is -

Don't tell him that. He might think it serves decent food! -

No, I've never been to subway before. Also one of the staff was on her fourth day and clue less (she lifted the counter and I passed her back the knife that slid off the top of it towards me) and the other was in his fourth week.
Have you never been to a subway before? One visit is all you need before you're armed with all the knowledge you need to make it as simple and painless as possible.
One visit.
Fucking noob.
So fucking sue me Mr Cheerful Fucker -

When I last went to Subway they underpoached my quail eggs. I was mortified. -

The knife thing. They put them under the counter after use and are behind a massive pane of glass to eliminate the very thing you are pretending happened.

Okay. You're wrong.
This Subway has two plastic covers (might be glass, but I don't think so) over the preparation area. When they are not preparing, these are flat and covering the ingredients, when they are preparing, they lift them up and they fit into the display /counter. When the woman lifted up the first one, she'd left her knife on the left side (6-8 inch with a blue plastic handle that she had used to cut the bread) and as she lifted it (hinged on the bottom side nearest me), it slid towards me. I picked it up just before it slid off and handed it to her.
Sorry you've never been in a subway that is like that. This one has been open since the end of August and is attached to a petrol station in our village.
I'm not pretending anything. The one of us that is incorrect is you.

Nice edit mate. Really do not understand how the mods let you get away with being such a nasty bastard.

What I'm taking from this is that legacy_system made up something to moan about and has never, in fact, been into or near a Subway. However, he google imaged a subway counter and constructed a post since you raised this issue.

That's far too much ordering for me. I like to just walk into the restaurant and stand there silently until they guess what I want. -

Regardless, next time I go to Subway (I don't go to Subway) I'm taking my bread bin lid (I don't own a bread bin nor lid) -

Registered 16 years agoI just ordered my lunch off a bloody iPad, I didn't get asked a single thing by the waitress, then I swiped my card through the reader on the counter in front of me. They iPad even asked me how much of a tip it deserved, before I'd even received my order.
You should move to LaGuardia airport Legacy System, simply heavenly. -
