You don't allow active X controls to be executed. Lower your security level 1 notch in IE's security panel and try again.
However, lots of malignant code can attack your machine so don't lower security too much. -

Registered 17 years agosounds like interent explorer. Go to tools> options and look for a security slider type thing, I think -
go to www.firefox.com and download a new browser
or do what the others said
