@CharlieStCloud Well, mine Mini Retina came with 7.04
Should I be worried?
Er, anyway I had a hard time updating to 7.1.1 via iTunes, giving me always some error and shit, until I realized I can do it via WiFi, LOL. And it was painless too. One always learns.

Registered 18 years ago7.1 and now 7.1.1 has been great for me on my rMini. Very few, if any, Safari crashes unlike 7.0. I would have kept my jailbreak normally, but it really needed 7.1 to stabilise it.
Safari is still a joke where tabs are concerned, but can't say it bothers me much. It's a fun device for my couch/work, laptop for everything else.

Yeah, this is the bugbear I have with my 4. Always feel it is quite the epic thing to lug around.
The mini is great. If you are planning on taking it out of the house I think the mini would suit you better. -
I'm on an iPad mini just now. Got it cheap but tbh wish I had got the retina. Quite jarring going from iPhone and there's just not quite enough pixels to avoid zooming frequently. -

Registered 14 years agoI just won this iPad mini (non retina unfortunately) 16gb and was wondering if I should get Kotor or baldurs gate? Will they play ok and which is most likely to not annoy me with fiddly controls? Thanks

Registered 16 years agoI finished KOTOR on my mini, it was fine.
Baldurs gate I am halfway through, it was a little fiddly to begin with. -

Registered 15 years agoYeah, they're both fine. BG has improved considerably through patches and I'd say it plays better than KOTOR now. KOTOR is the better game, though. -
