Going back a few years, it always used to be Mashed, Worms 2, MarioKart or Sega Rally. How about that new Mashed game? I heard it's a bit shit sober, but is it any good drunk?

Exactly! Brilliant game when drunk!

Mashed/wrecked is great local co op, especially when having a drink. Just avoid the online.

Not sure about blur local mp, but the online is brilliant

I find beat 'em ups go good with booze, nice and simple. I find booze makes me lazy on games though, funny fags are better for gaming.

I had fun drunk playing games though. A couple that spring to mind is light gun shooters using my sofa as "real" cover and using the PS1 flight stick to play Ace Combat while others shook the armchair to simulate turbulence (the player was even made to wear a flight jacket and sunglasses while singing "take My Breath away" ). Ah the silly things me and my mates did pissed up and stoned in my old flat

I remember playing the Eyetoy boxing game a few years back on the sauce. But we didn't play it properly, we'd let the robot land uppercuts and haymakers on us and we had to take the most convincing beating possible. Thought it was funny as fuck at the time taking an uppercut and throwing ourselves across the living room like Mike Tyson had just landed a blow square on our jaw. In hindsight we probably just looked a bit special.
