Registered 14 years agoJudging from the front page they're saying 'maybe' to the PC version. Though that obviously opens the KB&M/Pad balance debate in again. If it does come to PC I may have give it a go though, almost sounds like the original idea for Halo. -

Registered 17 years agoAll powerful space aliens destroying human civilisation? The C and V keys on Bungie keyboards must be seriously worn. Still, I hope for they sake, they can produce something special with this. -
Selfish but it's a shame it is on ps3, means I have to wait longer to get the game and the overall quality may suffer as they have to extra work of creating for both. -
Looks very derivative to me, the art direction is dull. It's pretty. But it didn't seem very original.
Hopefully the gameplay will be original - and not Call of Halo. -

Registered 19 years agoThe "living world" thing sounds cool, but yeah, the rest of it sounds decent but hardly revolutionary. It's like a more epic Borderlands.
On the little I know of both, I'd want a single-player experience along the lines of Bioshock Infinite over this any day of the week.
It might last for 10 years but there's only so much shooting aliens I can takek without getting bored. -

I wonder how Activision will fit this into its Call of Duty schedule. Whether one of them will move to a different time of the year. -

Registered 14 years agoSounds like Halo set in a Guild Wars 2 style "living world". Could be pretty interesting, but there's a bit too much hype at the moment and not enough actual substance. I definitely get the feeling they're going to milk the pre-release info for all its worth and end up setting expectations far too high.
I really hope there's a PC version too. -

5 minutes of concept paintings, cuts to 2 dudes with beards..."oh um...it's like an MMO or something..."
