edit: bah, should've chedked first! It seems it's £40 or £52 with the phone calls (which is the price I was thinking of)

I know BBB has had some probs with the speed to SUNet, can't quite remember what it was though (read about it on a DC-hub once.
Anyway, Hyo's prolly right in that your best bet is a call or mail to the support...
