Decent Price for a laptop

Hi Guys,

I am about to create an ad for ebay to sell a laptop which I have no use for. It's a decent spec and in imaculate condition, I am not sure what price to ask for on ebay.

It's a Sony Vaio Athlon XP 1400+, 512MB RAM, 20GB HDD, DVD etc.

What do you think a decent asking price for this laptop would be??

I have no idea, Sony have delisted it as they have a policy of changing stock every three months!! It's crazy I paid over 1200 quid for it initially, argh!

About 12 - 18 months, the depreciation value for computing equipment is crazy.

Probably more like 24 months now I think about it, damn how time flies, still remember taking it out the box and inflicting Windows XP on it

OK, maybe my mistake then, but that seems very low spec for a one-year-old Vaio. But I know nothing so um I'll get my coat.
