Agree it's a bit random, but I'm trying everything here. A small cat, not much older than a kitten was meowing like mad outside our house last night. We ended up letting it in and it's ate about 10 cats worth of food, poor little sod. Anyway, I've rang all the rspca's/pet protections, but there's just no room and no-one can take it. We've got 2 cats of our own, and can't really handle another. So I've put a sign up in the local village and asked around in the hope that someone wants it. Anyone interested in taking it? It's a friendly enough little bugger and is in good condition by the looks of it. I'm in Cheshire, near Glossop way. PM me if you're serious about it |
Anyone want a cat/kitten?

I've checked the back of the shoulder blades and can't find anything, but that's not really a 100% yes or no without taking it to the vets. And that's a bit tricky at the moment, because I can't leave the house today

Before you decide to give it away/sell it/kill it you should definitely get it checked for a microchip. If you can't get to the vet (or just can't be arsed) then just let it go. Don't do anything else unless you get it checked out.

Heh Razz - yes, but it's just the camera flash freaking it out I think. it's really cute.
Slept on our bed all night, so at least he's warm, fed etc. But I need someone to take him/her - can't have 3! -

After one night it's a little early to be giving away a cat you found. -

Well, spoke to the wife, and we're going to have to get a litter tray and keep it in a room in the house while we've got it. Nothing much else for it really.
Then take it to the vets and check for a chip and see if the owner turns up.
Don't think it's a stray - there's no collar, but she has a very good coat
There's a kind of 3 way mexican stand off with the other 2 looking at it from different areas in the house. Except that the new cat is still fast asleep, bless it
