I'm a terrible person to invite into your hut as I loot any peasant dwelling no matter what trauma they've endured.

And I felt pretty comfortable with that relationship, regardless of them trying to force-feed the canon partner to me in Witcher 3. I didn't know Yen, and it felt really weird that she just showed up out of nowhere as the "true love". -

Registered 4 years agoTriss is just a door mat. You should want a stronger woman to keep you in check, especially true for a character like Geralt. . Loved the ending of blood & wine so much, such a great send off. Both dlc need to be played again. I completed main game earlier this year for the second time but was burnt out. -

I think I have fucked up my PS4 playthrough by romancing both of them though. -

I've reinstalled it so it's on the pile of 15 ish games I need to play.
Not seen any mentions to how great the soundtrack is. Personal favourite is the witches of the bog track. -

Registered 3 years agoI also romanced both and ended up with neither.
I tend to prefer Triss though. I started the series with the second game, then played the first, then started reading the novels, then played the third when it launched.
So I know Yenn is the canon true love, but I just preferred Triss' personality. Plus I'd gone through two games romancing her anyway.
Also have had the expansions for years but have not played through them. I actually made a fair amount of progress on Hearts of Stone awhile back, but when my PS4 Pro died, I lost hours of gameplay and have not gone back since. -

Registered 4 years agoLook you lot, yen is not a bitch. She's been through a lot and is just a bit defensive. Triss is just your average skank down the local wetherspoons. Yen has class and although she can be hard work you'll be rewarded far more in the long run. Yen gives you that quality bantz back and forth fun. Triss is just a yes girl. I just hope for your sake neither of their beauty charms wear off.
