Armed and Dangerous

Picked up armed and Dangerous from Game today for Ł4.98 and installed it buf the bugger wont run, some process called crss.exe and armedanddangerous.exe seem to be fighting it out for processor power but nothing is happening.

I know a few others were talking about getting it the other day and since the Lucasarts support page doesnt even list it I need some help

The Lucasarts support page does list it, I linked to it just the other day in Aga's (?) A&D thread.

Link to the Lucasarts support section for A&D. Not sure if your problem is solved there, though. The best place for problems like this are always the official forums - just do a search there, it's very unlikely that you're the first person to have this problem.

runs fine in my XP. With sp2.

tried msconfig?
Check in msconfig for a crss.exe. If it appears there it could be a virus (crss shouldn't be listed as executed on startup)
