You too, for your obvious head injury you've gained which has made you a fan of The Evil Within.

It's heart cancer, nothing to worry about.

I had a really bad case of heart cancer over the weekend. I just had a run instead and that seemed to shake it off.

@Graxlar_v3 Definitely get medical advice. I had a heart attack at the end of September, and it's not fun.

I can if you want. "HI, it's graxlar, that's right, version 3. I think I ate a bad burger"

If not, try a big shit. Normally sorts me out.

Failing that. At least you've got an appointment booked but if it gets worse don't hang around man. Get an ambulance called if it develops into more severe pain that doesn't stop after a few minutes.

Firstly quit objectifying female genitalia, secondly is this really the best time to be hitting on someone?

Do you still have chest pain?

General advice for anyone with ongoing pain or pressure in their chest, cold sweats and/or sudden anxiety is don't call your doctor but go straight to A&E and get an ecg and a blood test for troponin. If the pain is sudden and severe then probably best to call an ambulance.
