    Anyone else get roped into the 25 press-ups for 25 days that's doing the rounds?

    I have to say, I'm actually bang up for it, good motivation for me and the guys I work with.

    Depends how much you're lifting of course.

    Personally, as a runner I've always thought of my build as a bit of a t-rex, so I'm welcoming the arm workout.

    25 is plenty for me (personally).

    And really press-ups can be quite a challenge when done properly, shoulders under elbows on the dip, etc.

    Weekends are definitely a lot less stressful thesedays when you donít have to get ready and go somewhere.

    One of my brothers just sent to our family Whatsapp group the "Out of Shadows" conspiracy theory film and wrote "Give this video a watch, it just shows how fucked up the world is".
    So depressing to see how effective social media is in fooling gullible people :(

    The flip side is that when they need to blow off steam, or are bored of the same crap, there's very little to do.

    @Carlo

    I started doing a press up thing at the beginning of the year. It was a 30 day challenge and started with just 10 pushups. By the end of 30 days it was 50.
    It is honestly the first time I have ever followed one of these things through and it was perfectly weighted to me.
    Yeah, the 10 at the start was easy enough but it always ramped up at just the right time.
    Followed it through and felt great. Now I am doing 200 per day.
    Strangely don't feel the same benefit now as I did in those first few heady days..

    Yeah the challenges where they gradually increase them make sense. Just doing 25 press ups for 25 days seems a bit pointless.

    @Nexus_6 200! Well done you!

    I've never really concentrated on upper body, as running is/was my thing. I found this quite a challenge, but will keep doing it.

    Cheers!
    Never been one for working out but this got me feeling good about it. I then looked in to other things like that one but they all use complicated sets and moves and weeks on and weeks off that I can't be arsed with.
    So I've stopped doing it again!

    Moving day is one of the most stressful times of my life. Removal firm have been here for an hour and I am expecting a call to say we completed the sale in next half hour or so.

    It's regularly reported in the top 10 most stressful things for anyone! Just try and keep cool, don't let small things upset you, and keep telling yourself that in a few hours time this will no longer matter.
