Never been one for working out but this got me feeling good about it. I then looked in to other things like that one but they all use complicated sets and moves and weeks on and weeks off that I can't be arsed with.
So I've stopped doing it again!
Pressups, planks, pullups and running/cycling should cover most of it right? sometimes things are made more complicated than they need to be!

Got a link to the 30 day press up thing? I might give it a go.

There's a plank challenge that's really good. I'll try and find it.

It's where you ask yourself "do I really want to do a press up?" and then you say "no, fuck that". And repeat it 20 times.

Get into standard press up position, then say "Fuck this" and walk away.

    EDIT: Curse you Mola

I must have "accidentally" clicked on an ad for bikinis, because now every targeted ad on every site I visit is for bikinis. I'm not complaining but my work productivity has dipped significantly.

@Decks You just made this up to try and break one of us didn't you?

That being said, there are no rest days in there. I think that's really important to have a rest day every 3 days or so. Maybe not when only doing 10 press ups or something, but yeah, that might fuck you up.

I am on my 13th rest day in a row - really crushing it for mad gains

The evolution of language: The Mrs is video calling her mum who is in the middle of a big clean. She keeps referring to the under stairs cupboard as 'the glory hole'.

Yes, I grew up with one of those in my Aunt's house, was quite shocked to discover the more modern, adult meaning :)

What? So old people aren't allowed to suck dicks anonymously in their own homes? You lot disgust me with your ageist bullshit.

Is German mustard a hot mustard? I don't really like mustard generally unlike Mrs Mercury, the freak! Though I do like a weak American style mustard on a hot dog.

In say and write the word though too much.

Nah its not hot, even the version they say is hot. And if you like American mustard you'll love this.

American mustard is the cheese in plastic wrapper to German Mustards mature cheddar.

    Yeah, that's a good starter.

    This is my personal fave

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bautzner-Senf-mittelscharf-Mustard-1000ml/dp/B00388BDAM

My mate sends it over from Germany so I don't pay crazy Internet prices. Waitrose also sell jars of it.

@Rum_Monkey Hmm, will look at that one when I run out. For some reason I have about three bottles of the stuff I normally use in stock.
