Looking for some new music to listen to so thought i'd start this thread! So EG'ers who are you currently listening to who is amazing that no one else has heard of? I'll start, Catherine Feeny is an amazing American folk singer who had a couple of hits in 2005 and then disappeared. Her new album is about the occupy wall street movement (i think it was written whilst she was protesting with them) and it is awesome! Registered 13 years agoI heard a guy called Joe Banfi on Radio 1 (Rob Da Bank), he was amazing. The song was called Nomads, but I haven't found it elsewhere yet (YouTube etc).
Kind of like Ben Howard meets a soundscape. -

On a more serious note, I've recently discovered Volbeat and can't recommend them enough if you even remotely like rock music. I don't think they're particularly unheard of though -
